Questions, answered straight
Cost, timelines, revisions, file formats, AI use, and how the studio works. If it isn’t answered here, ask directly and you’ll get a reply within one business day.
What does design cost here?
Brand systems start at $4,500. Monthly studio partnerships start at $1,200. Standalone pieces start at $1,200. Everything is published on the pricing page. You don’t need a call to see numbers.
Can I try a retainer before committing?
Yes. A two-week pilot sprint is $950, delivers real work, and credits in full against your first month if you continue. There’s no minimum term on retainers either, just thirty days’ notice to stop.
Where are you based?
North Port, Florida, in Sarasota County. The studio serves Venice, Englewood, Sarasota, and Port Charlotte locally, and clients across the US, Israel, and internationally remotely. Most work is remote.
What services do you offer?
Brand identity and logo design, packaging (including compliant cannabis packaging), print collateral, website design and build on WordPress, presentations and capability decks, and 3D product visualization.
What industries do you specialize in?
Seven, and each has its own page: defense and government, tactical and outdoor e-commerce, beauty and skincare devices, cannabis and wellness, real estate and development, hospitality and restaurants, and politics and public affairs. The studio also works outside these, in healthcare, nonprofits, journalism, and retail, but the seven above are where the deepest category knowledge is.
Do you still build websites on Wix?
No. The studio builds on WordPress now. Wix is fine for a brochure site, but it limits performance, structured data, and ownership, three things that matter more every year as search moves toward AI-generated answers. Existing Wix clients are supported and can be migrated.
Are you a solo designer or a studio?
Both, structurally. Strategy, creative direction, and final review are always mine. Production capacity behind me means larger scopes and faster turnarounds than one person can deliver. You always know who’s accountable: me.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for research, iteration, and production speed, but never as a substitute for judgment. No AI-generated logo has ever left this studio and none will. Client material is handled in privacy-respecting tools; nothing you share gets used to train a public model.
What languages do you work in?
English, Hebrew, and Russian. Hebrew layout is done properly as right-to-left typography, not a translated file with a swapped font.
How long does a project take?
Identity Essentials: 3–4 weeks. Brand System: 6–8 weeks. Brand System + Website: 10–12 weeks. Category Launch: 14–20 weeks. Retainer items: 1–3 business days depending on tier. Rush is available on most work.
What files do I get?
Print-ready and digital-ready files in every format your project needs (PDF, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG), plus a guidelines document. Source files are a separate premium purchase: quoted per project, never included by default.
How do you handle revisions?
Every proposal states the included rounds up front. Retainers include unlimited revisions within an active request. The goal is a final result you’re actually happy with, not one you’ve merely approved.
Do you offer printing?
Design is the service, but the studio coordinates with print vendors and supplies correct press-ready files. For regulated packaging I’ll point you to printers who’ve run those formats before, which saves an expensive lesson.
How is my information kept confidential?
Client material is not shared outside what’s required to deliver the work. NDAs are welcome and routine. Several current clients have them.
How do we start?

How can I pay?
All major credit cards, ACH, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Projects: 50% deposit, 50% on delivery. Retainers: monthly in advance.
